Sales Order Revisions
Handle changing situations with Sales Order Revisions. Once a Sales Order has been agreed, or even if some stock has already been dispatched.
New lines items, or line items with additional requests can be added. Lines that have not been dispatched can be removed. A line that has already been dispatched cannot be removed.
In addition to adding or removing lines, descriptions and prices and general sale information can be edited.
Once marked as 'Sent' a Sale can be revised multiple times. The relevant revision number will be printed on the Sales Order PDF. The Revisions tab shows prior and current revisions.
Stock & Locations
Organisation Location Selections
Flowlens enables stock movements to be associated with a specific organisation location. The relevant location for a Warehouse Order, Sales Order, Purchase Order etc can be specified.
Purchase Order - Available Requests: POs will only show available requests from the same location.
Part Dispatches: Only add line items from the same location. A sales order can have individual line items set to dispatch from a different location to the overall order. This means only the line items from an order that match the dispatch location should be added instead of adding them all
An error is shown when no outstanding line items match the location of the dispatch.
The Sale delivery tab will show the dispatch location in the expanded body of the item, and show the dispatch status in the header.
Parts Receipts: Only add line items from POs at the same location are added.
An Organisation Location filter has been added on the Purchase Requests index page.
Report: Part Quantity By Location
Get a breakdown of parts, total available and physical stock by organisation location.
Production
Shopfloor App Filters
Additional searching and filtering options have been added to the Shopfloor App interface. Users can search for steps and/or specific Job Cards, and toggle by status and high priority flag.
