Improved Part Allocation Visibility
As a demand-driven MRP system, Flowlens uses signals from sales, job cards, warehouse orders etc to generate demand. This demand is then fulfilled by relevant functions.
This update makes it easier to see what demand fulfillments are satisfying.
The Parts Receipts page can be filtered by Purchase Order/
The new BoM Items page show stock status and picking status for all parts, and can be filtered by Part, Job Card, Stock Status etc.
Purchase Orders now feature a 'Receipts' tab showing related parts receipt.
Stock Take Export Sheets
Download details of current stock levels to aid the stock checking process. The Stock Take Quantities report can by filtered by location, part number and category, and then downloaded to Excel via the Actions button. It differentiates between total physical stock and stock already picked to avoid potential for confusion.
Dispatch Note Improvements
Dispatch notes have been updated to include a field for Shipping URL. This enables the tracking URL for a shipment to be included in the Dispatch Note PDF.
Dispatch Note PDFs will also show 'Delivery Notes' (entered at the Sale) and 'Dispatch Notes' (specifically entered on the dispatch) on the PDF.

Invoicing Activity Log
Invoices have been updated to include a more detailed Activity Log, showing details of when the invoice was generated and sent to the accountancy package.
