De-allocation of Stock
Occasionally priorities change, and stock that is allocated to one order or Job Card needs to be used elsewhere. The de-allocation features lets users release stock.
Deallocate in a Sale
When a Sales Order is confirmed, the 'Stock Status' tab appears showing details of the allocation for each item.
To release stock to use elsewhere, simply click on the Deallocate button on the relevant Part, and if necessary, choose the quantity.
Note: When you are ready to re-allocate stock for this order/part, visit the 'Stock Requests' tab in the sale to either allocate from available stock or pre-allocate from expected later stock:
Deallocate in a Job Card
Stock allocated to a Job Card can also be de-allocated. Visit the relevant Job Card and click on the 'Stock Status' tab.
To release stock to use elsewhere, simply click on the Deallocate button on the relevant Part, and if necessary, choose the quantity.
Note: when ready to reallocate stock, visit the Purchase Requests page, and either allocate or pre-allocate stock as above.

The input for Estimated Time has been updated for ease of use. Uses can now clearly input hours and minutes in the Workflow template:
Bug Fixes
Supplier Demand Report
The Supplier Demand report provides insights into current demand across the supply chain, including parts, required dates, lead times, minimum order quantities and item demand. These can also be exported to Excel. A bug fix has resolved an issue where some columns were missing from the Excel download.
