Sales Clear Down

Sometimes things change, and the remainder of orders that have been partially fulfilled is no longer required.

Now, within the Sales -> Actions menu, the 'Clear Down' allows confirmed Sales Orders that are not going to be fulfilled to be 'cleared down'. This means that the system is no longer expecting remaining stock to be allocated or dispatched from the Sale.

Purchasing & Stock

Purchase Order Receipts Tab

It's now even easier to understand the status of goods received against particular Purchase Orders using the new 'Receipts' tab.

(Don't forget, the Outstanding Purchase Order Line Items report gives a real-time view of all POs not yet delivered and highlights those that are overdue.)

Purchase Order Activity Log

The Purchase Order Activity log as been updated to include additional entries for receipts and changes to the Due Date field.

Stock Transfer PDF Document

When transferring stock between locations within Flowlens it is now possible to generate a Stock Transfer PDF which can be printed to accompany the stock, or sent to colleagues in other locations for reference purposes.

Manufacturing

Partial Job Card Completion

In the event that finished products need to be shipped before the rest of the batch is ready, Job Cards can now be partially completed. This means that completed products are released for dispatch whilst production carries on to complete the remaining items.
