Quality

Quarantine Stock

Stock can now be quarantined via the relevant Part page. Stock may be quarantined if it is damaged or requires further inspection, and ensure that it's separated from general stock, avoiding overcounting and giving stronger traceability for the quality system.

The location, quantity and reason can be specified, with additional space for ad hoc notes:

A tab appears on the Part record to show currently quarantined items. Stock can be removed from Quarantine, again with details of reasons and ad hoc notes.

Quarantined stock is not counted towards available stock.

Note this is a currently feature available by request, please contact us if you wish to use it.

The Pick List PDF not longer displays cancelled sales order line items.
