Stock

Scrap Stock

It's now possible for stock to be marked as scrapped, for example if damaged when being used in a job card, or directly from stock in warehouse etc. Stock can currently be scrapped with the Parts Page or within a Job Card step.

To scrap from with a part, visit the relevant Part page, and select Scrap Stock from the Actions menu.

To scrap stock in a job card, visit the Stock tab in the relevant Job Card step and select Scrap Stock from the Actions dropdown beside the relevant part:

For serialised parts, the relevant serial number must be selected, and the serialised part record will also be updated accordingly.

A full record of scrappages can be found on the Stock Scrappages report, whilst each part also has a Stock Scrappages tab. Scrappages will also appear on the Part Valuation - Transactions tab and the Part Cost Lost transactions report.

Dispatches

Dispatch Address

It's now possible to manually override the delivery address on a dispatch. Note when dispatching a sale, you can only add line items for delivery to the address specified in the relevant sales order, unless the Sales Order delivery address has also been overridden.

Dispatch from Sale

Rather than creating a separate dispatch, it's now possible to generate one directly from a Sales Order, populating the relevant details and line items as per the normal flow.

Reports

Finances - Part Cost Lot Transaction Report

The Part Cost Lot Transactions report lets users view, filter and export all transactions relating to part cost lots such as imported part cost lots, dispatches, job card consumption, scrappages, receipts etc.

Tracked Times - Export

The Tracked Times pages can now be exported (via the expanded filter view).
