Stock and Warehouse
Cancel A Confirmed Dispatch
You may need to change or completely cancel a dispatch that's already been marked as confirmed in the system. The Cancel Dispatch function now let's you do this, via the Actions menu within the relevant dispatch. A reasons for the cancellation must be added for future reference.

Cancelling the dispatch will return stock items to the previous state, and the relevant order's dispatch status updated. The Parts Dispatches page can now be filtered by the Cancelled status. Details of the cancelled Dispatch will remain on the Sales Order Delivery tab where relevant. Cost records are also updated as required.
Clear down / Close Warehouse Orders
Warehouse Orders may need to be closed down if items originally requested are no longer expected. This can happen for a number of reasons. At update has been released that covers the following scenarios:
- If all parts have been fulfilled on a warehouse order, it can be marked as closed
- If there are outstanding parts, which have not been allocated, the warehouse order can be cleared down
- If there are no outstanding parts that have not been cleared down, the order can be closed
Both options are available in the Warehouse Order Actions menu. Relevant part quantities are updated when the Warehouse Order is closed down, and the activity log is updated accordingly.
General
QR Codes
QR Codes can now be generated for any object, containing a link directly to the relevant item. Initially this has been implemented for Parts, Serialised Parts, and Production Job Cards.

The QR code displays in a sidebar for the object, and gives the option to print the QR code, along with other relevant information. For example, a Part would print out the QR code, the part number/revision/name.
Future iterations of QR Code implementations will support additional functions and workflows, as well as further objects.
Production
Workload by Stage
In addition to the 'Resource Pressure' page which was released previously, the 'Workload by Stage' page shows all open production steps grouped by the stage they have been associated with. 'Stages' are designed to be a broader grouping that 'Resources' which are more skill, process or machine-type specific, and give a higher level overview of bottlenecks.
