Dispatching

Serial numbers can now be added to part dispatches.

Parts & BOM

A new tab has been added in the part workflow so you can now see the availability of each BOM component against what is required.

A new internal notes page has been added to the part record.

Stock allocation

The logic in stock allocation has been improved so when stock is manually allocated to one request, any other requests for the same part on the page will immediately update to reflect the new availability of the requested part.

Purchase Request Management

The purchase requests page now allows you to filter requests by job card.

Consolidating purchase order line items

Matching line items will be consolidated into one line on the PO pdf. This will reduce any potential queries or errors at the supplier's end.

Sales Order Management

The sales schedule on the sales page will assist in managing sales order due dates.

The Sales Order Table page can be filtered/searched by customer PO.
